Scope
These terms apply to your use of this site (a demo of the Maaraa Sangoku restaurant website), operated by SolanaLink Inc. (ソラナリンク株式会社) ("we"). By using the site you agree to these terms.
When a reservation is made
Booking online requires an account.
Submitting a request means it has been received — not that you have a table. Your reservation is made only when the restaurant checks it and tells you it is confirmed. Until then, no table is being held for you. Slots marked as instant booking are confirmed as soon as you submit.
Cancellation
The cancellation charge is the amount shown on screen before you cancel. A request that has not yet been confirmed can be withdrawn free of charge at any time. For courses, the charge is calculated from the course price at the time you booked, per person.
Allergen information
For the 8 mandatory allergens, every verified dish shows both what it contains and what it does not. Dishes not yet verified are marked as such and are never treated as safe.
The 20 recommended allergens show only what we know. If an allergen is not listed, that does not mean the dish does not contain it.
Our kitchen shares equipment and oil, so trace contact cannot be ruled out. If you have a severe allergy, please always tell our staff when you book or when you arrive.
Spice ratings (Sanmi Scale)
"Not yet rated" means nobody has rated the dish — not that it is mild.
AI concierge
The AI's answers are for reference only and are not guaranteed to be accurate. The list of dishes is always shown from the restaurant's own data.
Ordering at the table
An order sent from the QR code tells our staff what you would like. It is not a confirmed order and not a bill. A member of staff will come to your table. Prices shown are a guide.
Member points
Points can be exchanged for gifts only. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay a bill. Points expire 12 months after they are earned. Your member tier is based on the amount you spend, not on points. Points for a gift are deducted when you request it.
Prohibited conduct
False reservations, using someone else's information, unauthorised access to the site or placing excessive load on it, and anything else that breaks the law are prohibited.
Intellectual property
Rights in the text, images and design of this site belong to us or to their rightful owners.
Disclaimer
If what this site shows differs from the situation at the restaurant, the restaurant's guidance applies. Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for loss caused by the site being unavailable or changed.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute about this site.
